DESCRIPTION
Island View Resort is located on 10 acres of partially wooded level land, with 400 feet of southern exposure waterfront. We have an excellent marina with deep water providing 16 docking slips. Our lodging rentals include a VACTION HOME: 3 bedroom, 2 double and 1 queen - 2 baths - sleeps 6 - amenities include washer and dryer in separate utility room, gas fireplace, remodeled kitchen with side-by-side refrigerator, ice maker, disher washer, garbage disposal, range, microwave, pots and pans, dishes and utensils. Sattelite TV, ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room, large wrap around spaceous deck, charcoal grill and 2 picnic tables for those wonderful summer cook-outs.
We have 2 and 3 bedroom cottages sleeping from 4-8, they have wood decks and charcoal BBQ grills, full kitchens with range, microwaves, refrigerators and cooking and eating necessities, one bath with shower. All are carpeted and have a vacuum. We have pontoon and fishing boat rental, an excellent beach and a playground for kids. Waterfront cottages have a private fire pit. Another fire pit is provided in the common ground area of the resort. Four cottages have gas log fireplaces and a large log waterfront cottage which sleeps 8 has a wood burning fireplace.
